To ensure a positive client experience and outcomes, we incorporate our strong values of hard work and dedication with an innovative ‘thinking outside the box’ philosophy. We work with clients and listen to their unique individual circumstances, to provide solutions that fit their needs both now and into the future.
Julie Bishop - Director | Finance Broker
Julie is an award-winning finance broker, who started her career in banking. She spent many years starting from the banking basics right through to complex lending scenarios. Julie then joined Medfin where she learnt the ins and outs of looking after the business finance needs of health professionals.
With her depth of understanding of banking and finance, and in particular her expertise in the health sector, Julie made the move into finance broking to be able to provide a more holistic approach to finance and offer her clients more optimal solutions from a larger variety of lenders. Jules is passionate about helping people and spends time to truly understand her clients and their visions, both now and into the future. Because everyone deserves the right to good advice 😉
Outside of finance, Jules is a mother of 4 girls with a strong sense of adventure and having fun. She enjoys staying fit, spending time with and cooking for family and friends and believes in the philosophy of never stop learning!

Melanie Tattersall - Finance Broker
With almost 20 years of experience in banking and Finance, Melanie is passionate about helping people navigate the lending landscape with confidence. She believes that great finance solutions start with understanding client goals and building genuine, long-term relationships.
Prior to joining TLC, Melanie spent over 15 years with Medfin, supporting Healthcare professionals at every stage of their careers, before joining Macquarie Bank where she specialised in complex commercial and business lending. Working closely with healthcare and professional services clients, she helped structure tailored lending solutions for everything from business growth via mergers and acquisitions and succession planning to funding commercial and residential property portfolios.
Known for her approachable nature and practical advice, Melanie takes pride in making even the most complex lending scenario’s feel straighforward.
Outside of finance, Melanie enjoys giving back to her local community and has a long standing involvement with her strata council, where she has held several leadership roles. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her in the gym, exploring one of WA’s beautiful bushwalking trails or sharing a nice wine with family and friends, planning her next outdoor adventure.
